Healthy Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Monk Fruit In The Raw Bakers Bag
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the dry and wet ingredients separately first, then mix together.

  2. Form the mixture into cookie shapes and place on a baking sheet

  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.

  4. Place the cookies on a cooling rack for 15 minutes, then add a jelly on top of one cookie and top with another.
