Healthy Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup Monk Fruit In The Raw Bakers Bag
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Mix all of the dry and wet ingredients separately first, then mix together.
Form the mixture into cookie shapes and place on a baking sheet
Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
Place the cookies on a cooling rack for 15 minutes, then add a jelly on top of one cookie and top with another.
