Tahini Coconut Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 to 1.5 cups oat flour
Preparation
Mix the batter together until it is thick enough that it won't spread out when placed on a baking sheet.
If the batter is too wet, add a little more oat flour; if too dry, add a little plant-based milk.
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet and spread into circles.
Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes or until golden.
Let cool for at least 20 minutes to allow them to solidify.
