No-Bake Date and Nut Balls
Ingredients
- 15 dates
- 1/2 cup lightly roasted almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup roasted cacao
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut or cocoa powder
- A small amount of chocolate chips
Preparation
If the dates are dry, soak them in boiling water and halve them
Grind all the nuts well
Add 1/2 cup of shredded coconut or fine cocoa powder
Mix the ground nuts with the ground dates
Add a small amount of chocolate chips
Shape the mixture into small balls
Decorate as desired
