No-Bake Date and Nut Balls

Ingredients

  • 15 dates
  • 1/2 cup lightly roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup roasted cacao
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut or cocoa powder
  • A small amount of chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. If the dates are dry, soak them in boiling water and halve them

  2. Grind all the nuts well

  3. Add 1/2 cup of shredded coconut or fine cocoa powder

  4. Mix the ground nuts with the ground dates

  5. Add a small amount of chocolate chips

  6. Shape the mixture into small balls

  7. Decorate as desired
