No-Churn Cardamom Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 600ml whipping cream
  • 397g Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 100g pistachio crème
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom

Preparation

  1. Whisk cream to soft peaks

  2. Add condensed milk, pistachio crème and cardamom, then whisk again

  3. Freeze for 4-5 hours

  4. Soften for 10 minutes before scooping

Notes

  1. One scoop per serve, yields approximately 20 portions
