No-Churn Cardamom Pistachio Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 600ml whipping cream
- 397g Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 100g pistachio crème
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
Preparation
Whisk cream to soft peaks
Add condensed milk, pistachio crème and cardamom, then whisk again
Freeze for 4-5 hours
Soften for 10 minutes before scooping
Notes
One scoop per serve, yields approximately 20 portions
