2-Ingredient Choc Ripple Log

Ingredients

  • 300ml Natures Charm Coconut Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 packet Arnott’s Choc Ripple Cookies*
  • Cherries for topping (Cherryhill Orchards)

Preparation

  1. Whip the coconut whipping cream until thick and stiff peaks form.

  2. Spread a line of cream on a serving plate where you'll assemble the log.

  3. Create cookie sandwiches with cream and lay them on the plate. Cover the log with the remaining cream and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Serve the log with extra crushed cookies and fresh cherries. Note that the cookies will absorb some cream, resulting in a soft, cake-like consistency.
