Pavlova with Pistachio Cream and Raspberry

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pistachio Danette creamy dessert
  • 4 egg whites
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon starch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Raspberries

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until foamy, then gradually add sugar until transparent

  2. Add starch and vinegar, shape the mixture in various forms on parchment paper, and bake in the oven at 120 degrees for 1 hour

  3. Pour the Pistachio Danette cream over the Pavlova and garnish with raspberries and pistachio
