Black Pepper Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken, scored or cut into quarters
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • 1 Knorr chicken stock cube
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper powder
  • 1 small spoon black pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 100ml water
  • Honey (amount not specified)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons mixed herbs or oregano

Preparation

  1. Prepare the chicken by scoring it or cutting it into quarters.

  2. Blend all the ingredients for Bahan A together.

  3. Mix the blended mixture with honey, butter, and mixed herbs or oregano.

  4. Marinate the chicken for at least one hour or longer.

  5. Grill the chicken at 200 degrees Celsius for one hour.
