Blender Pancakes with Healthy Ingredients
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk or any milk of your choice
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
- 1 banana
- 1 egg or chia egg for vegan
- 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 pitted dates preferably medjool variety
Preparation
Put all of the ingredients into a blender
Blend until combined
Heat a nonstick pancake griddle pan
Use ice cream scoop to measure out even portions of the batter
Flip when bubbly and heat until cooked through
