Blender Pancakes with Healthy Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 cup buckwheat groats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg or chia egg for vegan
  • 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 pitted dates preferably medjool variety

Preparation

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender

  2. Blend until combined

  3. Heat a nonstick pancake griddle pan

  4. Use ice cream scoop to measure out even portions of the batter

  5. Flip when bubbly and heat until cooked through
