Easy Vegetarian Parmo Sliders

Ingredients

  • Marks and Spencer plant kitchen no chicken southern fried tenders
  • Grated double Gloucester cheese
  • Squeakybean veg Italian deli ham style slices
  • Red onion
  • Radishes

Cheese sauce

  • 250 ml boiling water
  • 6 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • Onion salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Colman's mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with cold water
  • Deliciou original bacon seasoning
  • Rapeseed oil for spraying

Preparation

  1. Partially cook the southern fried tenders.

  2. Prepare the cheese sauce by adding cheese triangles to 250 ml boiling water and stirring until melted.

  3. Mix in onion salt, garlic powder, and mustard to the cheese sauce.

  4. Thicken the sauce quickly with a cornflour slurry; use a whisk if lumps form.

  5. Top the partially cooked tenders with the cheese sauce.

  6. Cut out small circles from the ham slices using a piping nozzle.

  7. Dust the ham pieces with bacon seasoning and spray with rapeseed oil.

  8. Return to the oven for 6 minutes.

  9. Assemble the sliders with red onion and radishes.

Tips

  1. Allow the sliders to rest for at least 5 minutes after removing from the oven to avoid burns.
