Fried Tandoori Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 10 pieces chicken thigh
  • 3 cloves garlic mashed
  • 1 teaspoon ginger mashed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon crushed chili
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

For frying

  • corn oil

For serving

  • rice

Preparation

  1. Remove the skin from the chicken

  2. Place all the marinade ingredients in a dish

  3. Add the chicken to the dish

  4. Cover the dish and refrigerate for several hours

  5. Heat the oil in a deep skillet

  6. Fry the chicken pieces for a few minutes

  7. Serve with rice or bread
