Fried Tandoori Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 10 pieces chicken thigh
- 3 cloves garlic mashed
- 1 teaspoon ginger mashed
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon crushed chili
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
For frying
- corn oil
For serving
- rice
Preparation
Remove the skin from the chicken
Place all the marinade ingredients in a dish
Add the chicken to the dish
Cover the dish and refrigerate for several hours
Heat the oil in a deep skillet
Fry the chicken pieces for a few minutes
Serve with rice or bread
