Indonesian Es Teler Fruit Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 package coconut jelly
  • 65 ml instant coconut milk
  • 75 g granulated sugar
  • 700 ml water
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 6 jackfruit pieces
  • 1 tablespoon basil seeds
  • 500 ml full cream milk
  • 150 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • ice cubes as needed

Preparation

  1. Mix the coconut jelly, instant coconut milk, sugar, and water, cook until it boils, remove from heat, let it harden, then grate it.

  2. Soak the basil seeds in water until they swell.

  3. Cut the jackfruit and avocado into desired pieces.

  4. Combine all ingredients, stir well, adjust sweetness to taste, and serve in glasses.
