Marinated Tomatoes with Garlic and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Black pepper
  • 1 bunch dill

Preparation

  1. Wash and chop the tomatoes and bell pepper into desired pieces

  2. Mince the garlic and chop the dill

  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well

  4. Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop

  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature
