Quick and Easy Chicken Sauté
Ingredients
- 500g chicken meat
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup oil
Preparation
Put the chopped chicken meat, chopped onion, peppers, grated garlic, diced tomato, salt, and oil into a pot and mix well.
The tomato will release juice, but you can add a small amount of water if desired, though it is not necessary.
Cover the pot and let it cook.
When it starts bubbling, reduce the heat, stir, and continue cooking on low heat with the lid closed until it releases its own water and absorbs it.
Remember to stir occasionally.
Turn off the heat when the water is absorbed.
Tips
All ingredients are added raw for simplicity.
Serve with bread for dipping to enjoy the flavorful sauce.
