Sautéed Lamb Liver with Tahini Sauce

- Chopped lamb liver

Tahini sauce
- Tahini
- Vinegar
- Water
Preparation
Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper with oil.
Add the chopped lamb liver and sauté until well-cooked.
Add the chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
Finally, add the tahini sauce diluted with vinegar and water.
Serve with bread and hot sauce.
