Sautéed Lamb Liver with Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Bell pepper
  • Oil
  • Chopped lamb liver
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley

Tahini sauce

  • Tahini
  • Vinegar
  • Water

Preparation

  1. Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper with oil.

  2. Add the chopped lamb liver and sauté until well-cooked.

  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and parsley.

  4. Finally, add the tahini sauce diluted with vinegar and water.

  5. Serve with bread and hot sauce.
