Spicy Marinated Gochujang Tofu

Ingredients

  • 270 g firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp gochujang
  • 1 tsp agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Chop the tofu into cubes.

  2. Add the tofu and the remaining ingredients to a bowl with a lid and shake until well coated.

  3. Refrigerate the bowl for a few hours or overnight to allow the tofu to absorb the flavors.

  4. Fry the tofu in oil when ready to eat and enjoy.

Tips

  1. Marinating overnight significantly enhances the flavor of the tofu.
