Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2/3 cup of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk, light or full-fat (the kind that comes in a can)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt
- 2 large medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl and serve immediately.

This smoothie bowl can be made in under 10 minutes, perfect for a quick breakfast.
