Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2/3 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk, light or full-fat (the kind that comes in a can)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt
  • 2 large medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 cups of frozen strawberries, slightly thawed

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. This smoothie bowl can be made in under 10 minutes, perfect for a quick breakfast.
