Tempeh and Vegetable Bowl

Ingredients

  • radish
  • bell pepper
  • broccoli
  • cherry tomatoes
  • yellow onion
  • spinach
  • tempeh
  • nutritional yeast
  • pink salt
  • black pepper
  • turmeric
  • mole verde seasoning
  • cayenne
  • lime

Preparation

  1. Cook the vegetables in a pan.

  2. Add tempeh and cook until heated through.

  3. Season with nutritional yeast, pink salt, black pepper, turmeric, mole verde seasoning, and cayenne to taste.

  4. Squeeze lime over the top and serve.
