Vegan Tofu and Vegetable Bowl
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Black beans
- Tofu
- Avocado
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Chili powder
- Cumin
- Nutritional yeast
- Buffalo sauce
- Everything bagel seasoning
Preparation
Steam broccoli and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat black beans and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin.
Press tofu and cube it, lightly toss with nutritional yeast, bake on parchment paper at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then toss with buffalo sauce and bake for another 10 minutes, checking for doneness. After baking, sprinkle and toss with a bit more nutritional yeast.
Slice avocado and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
