Easy Vegan Ramen Bowl

Ingredients

  • 200g tofu
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 corn
  • 150g ramen noodles
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 lime
  • 3 teaspoons sriracha
  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. Dab the tofu dry, then marinate it in soy sauce for about 30 minutes.

  2. Bake the tofu and the carrots for 25-30 minutes at 180°C with some olive oil.

  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.

  4. Mix the cooked noodles with soy sauce, garlic powder, lime juice, and sriracha.

  5. Prepare the broccoli and corn by baking, steaming, or another method until tender.

  6. Assemble all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
