Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt and Almond Butter Porridge
Ingredients
- Oats
- 2 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- Coconut milk or other plant-based milk
Toppings
- Vanilla yoghurt
- Bananas
- Blueberries
- Dark chocolate
- Almond butter
- Fruit syrup
Preparation
Stir oats, coconut yoghurt, and almond butter covered in water and soak for 5 minutes.
Add coconut milk and gently cook the mixture.
Spoon the cooked porridge into a bowl.
Top with more vanilla yoghurt, bananas, blueberries, a sprinkle of dark chocolate, a drizzle of almond butter, and fruit syrup.
Note: Keep a small bowl of chopped dark chocolate handy in the kitchen for easy use.
