Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt and Almond Butter Porridge

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • 2 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • Coconut milk or other plant-based milk

Toppings

  • Vanilla yoghurt
  • Bananas
  • Blueberries
  • Dark chocolate
  • Almond butter
  • Fruit syrup

Preparation

  1. Stir oats, coconut yoghurt, and almond butter covered in water and soak for 5 minutes.

  2. Add coconut milk and gently cook the mixture.

  3. Spoon the cooked porridge into a bowl.

  4. Top with more vanilla yoghurt, bananas, blueberries, a sprinkle of dark chocolate, a drizzle of almond butter, and fruit syrup.

  5. Note: Keep a small bowl of chopped dark chocolate handy in the kitchen for easy use.
