Vegan Tuna Melt Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 can vegan tuna in oil
  • 4 whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 50 g pickle cubes
  • 4 slices vegan cheddar
  • 50 g tomato salsa

Preparation

  1. Spread the tortilla wraps with the salsa.

  2. Distribute the vegan cheddar, vegan tuna, onion, and pickles over the wraps.

  3. Fold closed like a burrito.

Bbq method

  1. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on the barbecue for 10 minutes, with the last 3 minutes without foil.

Grill method

  1. Grill until golden brown on both sides.

Pan method

  1. Heat a pan and cook the wraps until golden brown on both sides.

Oven method

  1. Spread some salsa on the bottom of an oven dish and bake the tortilla wraps for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
