Vegan Tuna Melt Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 can vegan tuna in oil
- 4 whole wheat tortilla wraps
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 50 g pickle cubes
- 4 slices vegan cheddar
- 50 g tomato salsa
Preparation
Spread the tortilla wraps with the salsa.
Distribute the vegan cheddar, vegan tuna, onion, and pickles over the wraps.
Fold closed like a burrito.
Bbq method
Wrap in aluminum foil and place on the barbecue for 10 minutes, with the last 3 minutes without foil.
Grill method
Grill until golden brown on both sides.
Pan method
Heat a pan and cook the wraps until golden brown on both sides.
Oven method
Spread some salsa on the bottom of an oven dish and bake the tortilla wraps for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
