Wild Garlic Sausage Wrap

Ingredients

  • bacon
  • onion
  • mushrooms
  • egg
  • Wald und Weide seasoning
  • wild garlic sausage
  • Sriracha mayo
  • cheese
  • fresh wild garlic

Preparation

  1. Fry bacon, onion, and mushrooms in a cast-iron pan, seasoned with Wald und Weide.

  2. Remove the pan from the heat and add egg, using the residual heat to cook it.

  3. Grill the wild garlic sausages separately while the pan is cooking.

  4. Assemble the wrap by adding Sriracha mayo, cheese, the mushroom mixture, the wild garlic sausages, and fresh wild garlic.

  5. Roll up the wrap and grill it briefly until heated through.
