Bacon Corn Hash with Egg

Ingredients

  • Bacon
  • Potatoes
  • Corn
  • A heap of scallions
  • One egg

Preparation

  1. Cook bacon until crisp and set aside, reserving the fat.

  2. In the reserved fat, cook potatoes and corn until tender.

  3. Add scallions and cook until softened.
