Preparation
Heat the wood oven indirectly and bring the Cuscino pork steak to the desired temperature.
Season the steak with Steak seasoning from Stay Spiced.
Sear the steak directly over the fire for a short time.
In a pan, cook bacon and onion until softened.
Add cabbage and Jerusalem seasoning, then incorporate white wine and cook until the cabbage is slightly softened.
Serve the steak and cabbage stir-fry together, drizzled with sharp sauce.
