Healthier Chicken Salad with Grapes and Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1lb shredded or chopped chicken
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/2 c grapes, halved
  • 1/4 c almond slivers
  • 1/3 c unsweetened dried cherries
  • 1/4 c avocado oil mayo

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

  2. Refrigerate for a few hours.

  3. Use it later for a sandwich or on top of a bed of greens.

  4. Note: You can use more mayo if desired, as preferences may vary.
