Healthier Chicken Salad with Grapes and Almonds
Ingredients
- 1lb shredded or chopped chicken
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1/2 c grapes, halved
- 1/4 c almond slivers
- 1/3 c unsweetened dried cherries
- 1/4 c avocado oil mayo
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
Use it later for a sandwich or on top of a bed of greens.
Note: You can use more mayo if desired, as preferences may vary.
