Vegan Feta Cheese and Spring Onion Samosa Filling
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons black olives minced
- 3 tablespoon green onions sliced
- 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and stuff the samosa leaves.
These samosas may be stuffed for up to 3 months.
