Feta cheese and mint Samosa filling
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons black olives roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon za'atar
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and stuff the samosa leaves.
The stuffed samosas can be frozen for up to 3 months.
