Feta Cheese and Mint Samosa Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons black olives roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablepoon zataar

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and stuff the samosa leaves

  2. These samosas may be stuffed for up to 3 months
