Vegan Pizza Samosa Filling
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese (used violife)
- 2 tablespoons black olive slices
- 2 tablespoons corn
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegan turkey slice alternative (optional)
- 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs (thyme, oregano, basil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Stuff the mixture into samosa wrappers.
The stuffed samosas can be frozen for up to 3 months.
