Vegan Pizza Samosa Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese (used violife)
  • 2 tablespoons black olive slices
  • 2 tablespoons corn
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegan turkey slice alternative (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs (thyme, oregano, basil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Stuff the mixture into samosa wrappers.

  3. The stuffed samosas can be frozen for up to 3 months.
