Vegan Cheddar and Onion Samosa
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese (used violife)
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon cream cheese
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and stuff the samosa leaves.
The stuffed samosas can be frozen for up to 3 months.
