Coconut Cranberry Chia Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/3 cup smooth natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup dried cranberry
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
In a food processor combine all ingredients except for coconut shreds and blend until dough forms.
Roll 1 tbsp of dough into a ball and then roll in coconut shreds to coat.
Tips
This recipe makes 10-12 balls.
Feel free to double up and store some in the freezer for later.
