Easy Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Aquafaba
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup aquafaba
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 200g melted chocolate
Preparation
Whisk the sugar and aquafaba for about 15 minutes.
Add the melted chocolate, mix well and let set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, and then enjoy.
Notes
Aquafaba is the water leftover from chickpeas.
