Easy Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Aquafaba

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup aquafaba
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 200g melted chocolate

Preparation

  1. Whisk the sugar and aquafaba for about 15 minutes.

  2. Add the melted chocolate, mix well and let set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, and then enjoy.

Notes

  1. Aquafaba is the water leftover from chickpeas.
