Decadent High-Protein Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Silken Tofu (300g)
  • 1 Block Chocolate (100g)
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (e.g., Macro Mike choc fondant)
  • 1 tbsp Sticky Sweetener (e.g., rice malt syrup)

Preparation

  1. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted.

  2. Blend the silken tofu with the sticky sweetener until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the melted chocolate and chocolate protein powder to the tofu mixture.

  4. Stir until well combined and then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
