Layered Milo and Butter Pudding
Ingredients
Milo layer
- 2 teaspoons agar-agar powder (using swallow brand)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
- 2-3 packets Milo 3-in-1
- 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (or to taste)
- 400 ml water
Butter layer
- 2 teaspoons agar-agar powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3-5 tablespoons sugar
- 400 ml liquid milk
- 5 tablespoons margarine or butter
Preparation
Mix the agar-agar powder, cornstarch, and Milo evenly, adding water gradually.
Cook until boiling, then pour into the mold without moving it to prevent shaking.
Mix the agar-agar powder, cornstarch, and sugar, then pour in the milk gradually while stirring and add the margarine or butter.
Cook until boiling, pour onto the Milo layer, and then cool it.
Remove from the mold and serve cold.
Notes
Use a mold measuring 8x20 cm with a height of 7 cm.
This recipe is eggless and requires no oven or mixer.
