Simple Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Water
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Blend 2 1/2 cups of water with 1 cup of chocolate chips for about 2 minutes until the chocolate is completely disintegrated and the mixture has doubled in volume with no clumps.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl or several mini bowls.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve the next day as a fluffy, airy chocolate mousse.
