Simple Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Water

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend 2 1/2 cups of water with 1 cup of chocolate chips for about 2 minutes until the chocolate is completely disintegrated and the mixture has doubled in volume with no clumps.

  2. Pour the mixture into a large bowl or several mini bowls.

  3. Refrigerate overnight.

  4. Serve the next day as a fluffy, airy chocolate mousse.
