Refreshing Healthy Mango Mousse
Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangos, peeled and cubed
- 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Hydrate the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water and dissolve it
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy
Serve the mixture in small cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Decorate with pieces of mango, fresh mint, or shredded coconut before serving
