Penne with Rosé Sauce and Stracciatella
Ingredients
- A small amount of olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Heavy cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Basil
- Cooked penne pasta
- Burrata or stracciatella cheese
- Olive oil for finishing
Preparation
In a bit of olive oil, sauté an onion and a garlic clove.
Add two tablespoons of tomato paste and heavy cream.
Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and basil, then let the sauce thicken.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, along with burrata or stracciatella cheese, additional salt, and olive oil.
