5-Minute Microwave Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup odorless oil
- 2 cups warm water
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 100 grams fresh cream
- 12-15 strawberries
- 8-10 blueberries
Preparation
Take a mixing bowl for dry ingredients
Add 2 cups all-purpose flour
Add 2 teaspoons baking powder
Add 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
Add 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and mix it
Take another mixing bowl for wet ingredients
Add 3/4 cup caster sugar
Add 1/2 cup odorless oil and mix it well
Strain and add dry ingredients gradually into wet ingredients
Whisk well to avoid getting lumps
Take a microwave-safe plate or tray
Grease with oil and place a parchment paper in it
Microwave for 5 minutes
Let the cake rest for 10 minutes
Melt 200 grams dark chocolate
Mix 100 grams fresh cream with melted chocolate to make ganache
Demold the cake into the plate
Pour ganache in a piping bag
Spread it on the cake by making circular design
Decorate the cake with strawberries and blueberries
Top with a mint leaf
