Easy Fluffy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup soybean oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Grease a cake pan

  2. Mix all ingredients except the baking powder

  3. Beat the mixture for more than 4 minutes until smooth (beating longer makes the cake fluffier)

  4. Add the baking powder and beat for 30 seconds

  5. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes at 170Β°C

  6. While the cake is baking, you can make the frosting
