Brazilian Chocolate Sprinkle Cake
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
- 100 g shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Beat margarine and sugar until creamy
Add egg yolks and continue beating
Add milk and the remaining ingredients
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius
Make a chocolate topping if desired
