Fluffy Marble Cake with Chocolate Swirls
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to medium heat
Beat the eggs with the sugar and margarine in a mixer
Add the milk gradually and the all-purpose flour
Add the baking powder and stir gently
Place half of the batter in a round tube pan
To the remaining batter, add the cocoa powder, mix and pour over the plain batter
Swirl gently and bake for 45 minutes
