Quick Moist Blender Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Frosting

  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • Sprinkles, for topping (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan

  2. In a blender, combine flour, warm milk, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder. Blend until smooth

  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan

  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

  5. Let the cake cool completely in the pan

Frosting

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine milk, cornstarch, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan, about 10 to 15 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes

  4. Pour the frosting over the cooled cake

  5. Sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired
