Quick Nutella Cookies with Dark Chocolate Dip
Ingredients
- 180 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 230 g Nutella
- 1 egg
- 200 g dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection: 160 degrees)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix the flour and baking powder together
Add the Nutella and egg and knead with a hand mixer to form a dough, using your hands if necessary
Form small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven
Let the cookies cool completely
Roughly chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a double boiler
Dip the cooled cookies halfway into the melted chocolate
Place the dipped cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Let the chocolate set
