Quick Nutella Cookies with Dark Chocolate Dip

Ingredients

  • 180 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 230 g Nutella
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection: 160°C)

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Mix flour and baking powder together

  4. Add Nutella and egg and knead with a dough hook until a dough forms

  5. If necessary, finish kneading by hand

  6. Shape the dough into small balls

  7. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet

  8. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven

  9. Let the cookies cool completely

  10. Roughly chop the dark chocolate

  11. Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler

  12. Dip the cooled cookies halfway into the melted chocolate

  13. Place the dipped cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet

  14. Let the chocolate set
