Easy Nutella Muffins with Marble Effect

Ingredients

  • 125 g soft butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 75 ml milk
  • 12 tsp Nutella

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection: 160°C)

  2. Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy

  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well

  4. Mix flour with baking powder and salt

  5. Add the flour mixture and milk to the batter alternately, stirring repeatedly

  6. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with muffin liners or grease the cups

  7. Distribute the batter into the muffin cups using an ice cream scoop

  8. Place one teaspoon of Nutella on each muffin

  9. Mix with a toothpick to create a marbled effect

  10. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes

  11. Let the muffins cool completely
