Easy Banana Protein Pancakes for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe mashed banana
  • 25g vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp buckwheat flour
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Whisk two eggs and mix with 1 ripe mashed banana, 25g vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp buckwheat flour, 2 tbsp almond milk, and 1 tsp baking powder.

  2. Cook in 1 tbsp of olive oil.
