Easy Banana Protein Pancakes for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe mashed banana
- 25g vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp buckwheat flour
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Whisk two eggs and mix with 1 ripe mashed banana, 25g vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp buckwheat flour, 2 tbsp almond milk, and 1 tsp baking powder.
Cook in 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Top with your favorite toppings.
