Ingredients

- cooking chocolate (such as Beryl's compound chocolate)
Preparation
Roast the chopped almonds without oil until fragrant.
Melt the cooking chocolate using the double boiler method.
Wait until both the almonds and melted chocolate are cool, then mix them together.
Spoon the mixture into paper cups using a small spoon to avoid mess.
Place in the freezer for 10 minutes until set and ready to eat.
