Low-Calorie Spinach Egg Muffins

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 100g baby spinach
  • 60g oat flour
  • 180g protein cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C

  2. Blitz all ingredients except the cheese in a blender or food processor

  3. Place the mixture in silicone or non-stick cupcake trays

  4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the muffin mixtures

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and set
