Low-Calorie Spinach Egg Muffins
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 100g baby spinach
- 60g oat flour
- 180g protein cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C
Blitz all ingredients except the cheese in a blender or food processor
Place the mixture in silicone or non-stick cupcake trays
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the muffin mixtures
Bake in the preheated oven until golden and set
