Healthy Oat Waffles with Sweet and Savory Toppings
Ingredients
- 150g oat flour
- 50g spelt flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 150g quark or greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- a pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
Preparation
Whip up all ingredients together.
Fry in a preheated waffle maker.
Serve with hummus, vegetables, salty spreads, nut butter, or banana.
