Healthy Oat Waffles with Sweet and Savory Toppings

Ingredients

  • 150g oat flour
  • 50g spelt flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150g quark or greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

  1. Whip up all ingredients together.

  2. Fry in a preheated waffle maker.

  3. Serve with hummus, vegetables, salty spreads, nut butter, or banana.
