Green Waffles with Optional Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1 large brown banana or 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- pinch of salt
Optional
- Eggs for frying or poaching
Preparation
Heat up your waffle maker.
Blitz all ingredients in a nutribullet without over-blitzing.
Grease the waffle maker plates with coconut oil.
Pour out some batter and let it cook until brown.
Place the waffles in the oven at 100°C to keep warm if desired.
Fry or poach an egg to serve with the waffles if desired.
