Pancake Cereal with Chocolate Protein Milk

Ingredients

  • 100g oat flour
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 20g natural almond milk yoghurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp light syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Small pinch of salt

Toppings

  • 35g choc & nut vegan protein shake
  • 15g smooth peanut butter
  • 10g jumbo dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend all the pancake ingredients together.

  2. On a low-medium heat, lightly grease a frying pan with one cal oil spray or coconut oil and spoon small dollops of mixture into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side before turning over. Repeat on the other side until golden brown.

  3. Serve over protein milk and top with peanut butter and chocolate chips.
