Pancake Cereal with Chocolate Protein Milk
Ingredients
- 100g oat flour
- 100ml unsweetened almond milk
- 20g natural almond milk yoghurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp light syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Small pinch of salt
Toppings
- 35g choc & nut vegan protein shake
- 15g smooth peanut butter
- 10g jumbo dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Blend all the pancake ingredients together.
On a low-medium heat, lightly grease a frying pan with one cal oil spray or coconut oil and spoon small dollops of mixture into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side before turning over. Repeat on the other side until golden brown.
Serve over protein milk and top with peanut butter and chocolate chips.
